Detective Ben Simms' life spins out of control when his wife is murdered by a serial killer. With his personal life in shambles, he is reassigned to assist a rookie cop. Their target is a relentless vigilante who executes criminals before they are arrested. As the investigation goes on, Ben learns that the vigilante is hunting his wife's killer. Can he bring himself to stop the very person who will avenge his loss?
