I did find an Officer Elms in the films' credits played by Derrick Booker. I looked up Derrick Booker on IMDB but none of those listed had a picture. I searched the internet for Derrick Booker and found a 'Nitro' Derrick Booker that looks just like the actor playing the "serving" officer in the movie, but when i went back to IMDB, they only have 'Nitro' Derrick Booker as a producer with no picture. I don't have the kind of proof I like, but I believe he is the person I'm looking for.
